We faced a lot of issues with cleanliness. some of the duvet covers weren’t even clean. the ramp at the entrance posed a major accessibility problem for my family, with it being quite steep and slippery. We also encountered weak water pressure during our stay, which made showers frustrating.

the bathroom had a tiny window facing air conditioner fans, so good luck sleeping with that awful smell. only one remote for all air conditioners worked, what a caos. and don’t even get me started on the lack of complimentary gifts for my stay. i almost thought about being nice with my review, but no, just couldn't.

The water pressure on level 5 was pretty weak. cold showers were the name of the game for the first six days. Cleaning could use a little work—old soap left in the dish and dustballs on the floor weren't what I expected. Although the kitchen had cutlery, essentials like salt, pepper, and dishwasher tablets weren't provided until we asked. be prepared for high taxi fares if you plan on going anywhere—negotiating a fixed price is key to avoid those surprise costs.
